Chute Feeder Introduction:
Chute feeder an be set up on the ground,also can be hoisted on the mineral warehouse discharge hole. Trough bottom plate do reciprocating movement, Jig frequency of chute feeder is 20-60 times per minute, and the stroke of chute feeder is 20-200mm. Stroke can be adjusted properly by driving device eccentric wheel, and the eccentricity is the half of the stroke. According to production practices of some concentrating plant, as to the viscous minerals, eccentricity should not be less than 30mm.
Chute Feeder :
Tank width of chute feeder is approximately 2-2.5 times of the largest feed particle size.
The largest chute feeder can meet the requirement of feeding mineral that the iron ore size is less than 500mm.
