1.crush and pre-blending
(1)Most of the raw material has to be broken in the process of breaking cement , such as limestone, clay, iron ore , coal and so on.limestone is the largest raw material in the production of cement.The crush of limestone take an important part in the crush of the material in cement plant due to its large particle size and high hardness.
(2)The technology of pre-blending is using scientific stacker technology to realize the initial homogenization(pre-blenging).So that the raw material yard also has the function of storage and blending.
2.raw material preparation
It need at least 3tons of materials(including raw material, fuel,clinker,mixed materials,gypsum) when we produce 1 ton of Portland cement in the production of cement.The consumption of power accounts for above 60% of the whole drying cement production line in which the grinding of the raw material accounts for above 30%,coal mill about 3%,cement grinding about 40% according to the statistics.Therefore a reasonable choice of grinding equipment and technological process,proper operation,controlling operation system are of great importance in ensuring the quality of the product and reducing energy consumption.
4.Decomposition after preheating
The preheating of the raw material and parts decomposition are by preheater which can instead of some functions of rotary kiln.In this way we can reduce the length of the rotary kiln and at the same time the material can change the heat in stacking state in the kiln.It is in suspension when it is moving to the preheater.So that the raw material can fully mix with the hot air which is from the kiln. At last we can enlarge the contact area of gas and get a high speed of heat-transferring and heat exchange efficiency.In this way we can improve the production efficiency of the kiln system and reduce the heat consumption of the clinker.
(1)material dispersion
80% of heat transferring is at the entrance.The raw material in the pipe of the preheater turn its way to uper with the airflow and at the same time is dispersed under the function of the high speed rising airflow.
(2)The separation of the gas and solids
The material powder has to do swirling flow in the annular space between cyclone muff and the inner muff (exhaust pipe) and at the same time swirl down from the kiln body to cone and extend to the top of the cone.Then it is turning and swirling up and sent out by the exhaust pipe.
4.cement clinker burning
The raw material will go to rotary kiln for the burning of the clinker after preheating and pre-decomposition in the preheater.
Carbonate has further rapid decomposition and a series of solid-phase reaction in the rotary kiln and produce cement clinker minerals ,etc.The minerals will become liquid phase with the temperature of the material rising and carry out a large number of clinker.The temperature become lower after the burning of the clinker.
6.The package of cement
